How we use your information
When you register to Oddsmash website, we ask you for your name and email address. Optionally once registered you can update your profile with information about your phone, country and city. We use this information to respond to any queries of yours including providing you with any requested information about our services; we also use your data as means of authentication when logging into your account in the Oddsmash platform. We may email you after your inquiry or registration in order to follow up on your interest. We may also email you with the request to fill in a short survey or answer a few questions which will help us better understand your user experience with our product and ultimately help us improve our services. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale or service. Your inquiry is stored and processed internally by Oddsmash and used only for communication with you as indicated in the consent document. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you. As part of our working process we may use the services of online providers which act effectively as data processors to us. We may store or submit your data to these parties. We plan to use only such third parties that are GDPR complaint and have signed or will sign in near future a data processing agreement with us. Currently we use the services of two providers - Superhosting.bg, acting effectively as data processor for us in its capacity of performing hosting services for the Oddsmash platform and Paysera which is the provider of integrated payment functionality in our website. We keep emails for 1 year, after which we delete them. Customer records are kept for 1 year after the last contact with you.
Your rights as a data subject
By law, you can ask us what information we hold with respect to you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. If we are processing your personal data for reasons of consent or to fulfill a contract, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information in a machine- readable format so that you can transfer it to another provider. If we are processing your personal data for reasons of consent or legitimate interest, you can request that your data be erased. You have the right to ask us to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
